My background is straightforward.  I worked for a telecommunications company for many years and my passion was helping individuals with their career transition.  I managed large teams and provided many HR services including hiring, selection and interviewing.  I knew years ago that when I left the company I would continue on this path.  I possess  strong practical knowledge of what it takes to write a good resume and cover letter.   I love helping individuals move forward.  I have many successes in my past however I am a forward thinker who is always improving services and looking for the next person that needs assistance.
